Return and Exchange Policy
At Tavasaa, we offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy from the date of delivery, with an additional 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us.
To initiate a return:
Kindly email us at support@tavasaa.co along with your order ID.
The shipment fees must be paid by the customer. If an order contains multiple items, a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not for each individual item.
Reverse Pick-Up:

Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will need to send the shipment back to our address.

Reverse pick-up is subject to the availability of service in your area pin code.
For COD Orders:
- An additional Rs 50 will be charged at checkout.

A store credit will be issued within 1-2 working days from the day of the return pick-up, sent to your registered email address/contact number.
Product Condition for Returns:
Please ensure the product(s) are returned in the same condition as shipped. If products are returned in poor condition or appear to have been worn, a refund will not be provided.
Refund Processing:

Allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to reflect in your bank account.

Refunds or bank transfers are applicable only for prepaid orders made via online payment on our website.

Payments made with the COD option will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid, which can be used anytime.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For cancellations, you may cancel your order only if it has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

Self-Shipping of Returns:
If your pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pick-up, you’ll need to courier the product(s) to the following address:

Pack the items securely to prevent loss or damage during transit. Mention your ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the packaging.
Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the refund will be processed as follows:
- Prepaid orders: Refund + Rs 50 (in lieu of courier charges) will be credited to your bank account.
- COD orders: Store credit (gift card) will be issued.
Courier Recommendations:

Do not use The Professional Couriers for self-returns as they are unreliable, and packages will not be accepted at the warehouse.

Ensure your courier costs do not exceed the stipulated amount above. We recommend using Speed Post, a Government of India entity with a widely distributed postal network.

Customers are responsible for taking utmost care of the product(s) while in their possession, including product instructions, documents, and wrappings.
For Damaged Products:
If the product does not meet quality standards at the time of delivery, contact us promptly at support@tavasaa.co with product details and photos of the damage within 1 day of receiving the product(s).
Upon return, we will examine the product and notify you via email regarding your eligibility for a refund. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 30 working days from the date of confirmation.
