Guidelines for Self-Shipping:

Secure Packaging: Ensure that the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

Order Details: Mention the Order ID and your registered mobile number on the packaging.

Condition of Items: All items must be in unused condition, with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
Refund Process:
- Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s) at our warehouse:
- For prepaid orders: The complete amount + INR 100 (courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account.
- For COD orders: The refund will be issued as store credit (gift card).

Avoid The Professional Couriers: We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self-return, as they are unreliable, and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse.

Courier Cost Limit: Please ensure your courier costs do not exceed INR 100.
